Autonomous Forklifts
Industrial automation has been developed for years, material handling still relies heavily on large amounts of human operation. Material handling is the last mile of industrial automation. Attributing to the fast development pace of perception, navigation, and AI technology, Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) is becoming important tool for material handling in factories or warehouses. Based on core technologies including perception, fully autonomous positioning and navigation, motion control, fleet management, high speed calculation, Coretronic develops Fully Autonomous Navigation Solution (FANS) to fulfill the navigation requirement of autonomous forklifts for smart factories.
Key features of such solution includes: Smart AI chips embedded in the solution provides calculation capability for AI recognition analyzed from the collected data of the autonomous forklifts to improve operation efficiency.
Fully Autonomous A high speed computing platform and LiDAR navigation imbedded in our
solution for instant positioning, path planning, object avoidance enables the vehicles to be able to operate flexibly in various indoor environment. And the Vehicle will go the charging station automatically.
Safety Technologies
Our safety mechanism includes ultrasonic sensors, object avoidance sensors,bumper, as well as emergency stop bottom. Analyzing information collected by the sensors in the defined safety zone, Coretronic FANS enables autonomous forklifts to react instantly to prevent potential hazard of people and machines.
Efficient
By our fleet management system integrated to the ERP, the optimized material handling strategy for different use case could be easily obtained.
Reliable
Power-on self-test including circuit test, sensor function test, battery condition, motor over-heat, car and over-heat tests automatically executed every time when autonomous forklift is power-on to secure the reliability of mission execution.
Collaborative
Our fleet management system could be integrated to the ERP system for collaborating with production line facility. In addition, the fleet management system controls multiple autonomous foklifts to execute different missions simultaneously Omnidirectional Sensor Fusion Coretronic solution integrates TOF camera, 3D LiDAR/2D LiDAR, and laser range finder for the forklifts to perform 3D material handing function precisely.
